    Dr. Reema Singh is a Computational Biologist, researcher, and bioinformatics software developer with a PhD in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics. She currently serves as a Bioinformatician and Data Manager at the Vaccine and Infectious Disease Organization (VIDO), University of Saskatchewan. Her work focuses on managing and analyzing large-scale genomics and transcriptomics datasets and supporting advanced computational analyses for reproducible research. She has a particular interest in understanding host responses to infection through transcriptomic approaches and investigating antimicrobial resistance in the context of emerging zoonotic diseases and One Health research.
